When the exact product you selected is not in stock, and you select "Yes" for replacement, we will fulfill with the same item in the same size. If we cannot find the same product in the same size, we will refund the item. Produce items are not generally replaceable and will be refunded.
Not always. We can leave your order safely at your door. For perishable items, we recommend being home or leaving a cooler outside.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to selected delivery time for complete refund. Cancellations for same-day or on day-of delivery will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
