Return Policy for Kiraana Express
At Kiraana Express, we strive to provide the best grocery delivery experience for our customers. If you're not satisfied with your order, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Perishable Items
- Eligibility: Returns or refunds are only accepted for perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) that arrive damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality.
- Time Frame: Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
- Proof Required: Clear photos of the item and a description of the issue must be provided.
2. Non-Perishable Items
- Eligibility: Non-perishable items (spices, packaged goods, etc.) can be returned if they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Time Frame: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: Receipts or order confirmation must be provided for returns.
3. Incorrect Items
- If we deliver an incorrect item, you may request a replacement or refund. We will deliver the correct item at no extra cost or provide a refund based on your preference.
4. Missing Items
- If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or redelivery of the missing item.
5. Process for Returns and Refunds
