Returns & Refunds
We want every order to be right. If something is wrong, here is what you can expect from us.

Perishable Items
If your fruits, vegetables, dairy, or other perishables arrive damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo and a brief description and we will take care of it.
Non-Perishable Items
Packaged goods, spices, and other non-perishables can be returned within 7 days if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Have your order confirmation handy when you reach out.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you received something different from what you ordered, let us know. We will either redeliver the correct item at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Your choice.
Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will redeliver the item or refund it, whichever works better for you.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
Frozen goods and special orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. If that happens, the same 24-hour window applies.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if the problem was caused by our error, in which case we will refund the delivery charge as well.
How Refunds Work
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and details about the issue. Once we verify the problem, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Replacement deliveries are scheduled as soon as possible.
